Premade pouch filling route
Best where the pouch is already made and needs reliable opening, filling and sealing.
View route →Coffee pouch projects typically need weigh accuracy, product protection, dust control and fast changeover between pack sizes or blends.

Use this page to prepare an accurate machinery enquiry before choosing a pouch filling machine route.
Use the coffee format, pouch construction and target pack weight to narrow the equipment discussion. Include the actual product, valve or closure details and required changeovers when requesting a trial.
The correct system is normally selected from product behaviour, pack format and output target.

Send product samples or product notes, fill weight or volume, pouch drawings, required speed, utilities, container sizes and any coding, checkweighing or conveyor requirements.
Premade pouches are suited to strong shelf presentation and formed packs. VFFS is usually considered when roll film, higher volumes or in-machine bag forming are required.
Send your product, pouch format and target output. Lancing UK will help shortlist a practical route.
For coffee pouch filling, identify the product as beans, ground coffee or another intended format and supply the production pouch. Include any valve, zipper and printed areas in the sample. Ask the proposal to show how that pouch is opened, held during dosing, prepared for closing and discharged. The selected dosing method should be assessed against the coffee product, while the handling and closing arrangement is assessed against the packaging reference.
Ask for separate consideration of the product duties. A common pouch style does not establish that the same dosing arrangement and settings suit both; the supplier should define the relevant trial evidence for each intended product.
